Kai Shing Management Services Limited (Kai Shing) place great emphasis in providing quality property and facility management services to customers. International Commerce Centre (ICC), which is managed by Kai Shing, won the ˇ§Productivity and Quality Awardˇ¨ in the Hong Kong Awards for Industries 2014. This result is a testimony of the success of the management performance of the company.
The ˇ§Hong Kong Awards for Industriesˇ¨ is co-organized by the Trade and Industry Department with different trade and industrial organizations and supporting bodies and is championed by the Government which aims to recognize the outstanding achievements of Hong Kong enterprises in their move towards high technology and high value-added activities. The Awards cover six categories, including Consumer Product Design, Equipment and Machinery Design, Customer Service, Innovation and Creativity, Productivity and Quality, and Technological Achievement, each commending the quality products and services provided by Hong Kong enterprises in different areas.
ICC has outstanding performance in customer satisfaction, enhancement of the quality of the buildingˇ¦s facilities, energy conservation, community engagement and voluntary services participation. The management team continues to improve and upgrade the continuity and sustainability of the services and building facilities. In 2013, ICC was the first building certified by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency in achieving ISO22301 Societal Security-Business Continuity Management Systems. Being the Gold Award recipient in the property management sector in the Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence, the management team in ICC continues to explore new frontiers and achieves success in the field of energy saving and waste reduction.
