Kai Shing honored with multiple labels in the Low-carbon Office Operation Program by World Wildlife Fund Hong Kong (WWF ¡V Hong Kong)

Kai Shing Management Services Limited (Kai Shing) has always been devoted in promoting environmental management. Several properties under the management of Kai Shing participated in the Low-carbon Office Operation Program (LOOP) by The World Wildlife Fund Hong Kong (WWF-Hong Kong) were awarded with different labels. Millennium City 5 was the first time to receive the Platinum Label. These labels once again signify the recognition in Kai Shing excellent and outstanding performance on a broad spectrum of green achievements.
The Management Services Office of Millennium City 5 has conscientiously adopted comprehensive green goals and measures. The policy was put in practice by using a systematic ways of greenhouse gas emission calculation, supervision, analysis and verification, as well as following WWF¡¦s carbon performance index. Millennium City 5 adopts various environmental protection measures, for example, lighting / FCU systems in office area being controlled in zoning; office computers and printing devices are operated on energy saving mode with single-sided printing; timer set for some office equipment and organization of green lunch on a regular basis. As a result, these concerted efforts have earned Millennium City 5 the most prestigious honor - the Platinum Label in LOOP.
With remarkable green management endeavors of Kai Shing, this has led to awards with different labels across multiple properties in LOOP. The outstanding results of different properties testify the extraordinary achievements of Kai Shing in green management. Kai Shing shall continue to enhance the green measures and resolutely commit to social and environmental responsibilities for the benefits of the environment.
