ICC-MSO Awarded Property Management Team of the Year by RICS

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) awarded Kai Shing Management Services Limited ICC Management Services Office the Property Management Team of the Year in the RICS Hong Kong Awards 2013. The Property Management Team of the Year Grand Award is the highest honour in the property management category. The RICS awards, judged by a panel of leading industry leaders, recognize and reward the outstanding real estate teams for their endeavour in the various aspects of the industry.
In 2012, as well as frequent meetings with tenants, ICC Management Services Office issued hundreds of digital notices, bi-monthly newsletters and several environmental guidebooks for keeping tenants and stakeholders informed of the latest news happened in the building. ICC Managment Services Office also organized a wide variety of activities and supported by many occupants. ICC is one of the tallest and newest buildings in the world and houses top financial institutaions and companies. ICC has kept its business continuity plan up to date and drills are continutiously carried out to prepare for the unexpected. Having achieved ISO 50001 Energy Management System Certification in 2011, ICC's team also actively participated in caring environment through launching numerous recycling programs and activities as well as cooperated with tenants to reduce wastes. They also share and promote good property facility and faciilty management practices through seminars and visits with other organizations.
