Kai Shing Management Services Limited (Kai Shing) is committed to taking an active role in participating various social-care programs and supporting the needy communities in the society. Kai Shing has been honored the Web Care Awards 2009 - Excellence Award, an award scheme organized by the Internet Professional Association. Being a third-time winner of the award since 2006 and 2008, Kai Shing’s contribution in promoting no-barrier services have been well-recognized by the public.

Organized by the Internet Professional Association, the Web Care Campaign Awards 2009 aims at encouraging both public service organizations as well as private business corporations to build no-barrier websites. These no-barrier websites provide the physically-challenged with equal opportunities in sharing the benefits brought about by the development of Internet in Hong Kong. Following its mission of "We Serve You Best", Kai Shing has put effort into fabricating the communication modes, use of languages and graphic designs of the website. It follows the "Easy Guide to Building No Barrier Websites" to create hassle-free Internet experience to the visually impaired.
